I practice an integrative approach to your health and wellness, which means that I look at how all the areas of your life are connected. For example; does stress cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from doing any exercise? We will look at how one or two things being out of balance in your life can affect your overall well-being. We will work together to get that balance back.
This is not a diet, there will be no meal plans. This is a road to discovering what changes you will need to make in your life to reach your health and wellness goals. As your coach I am in the passenger seat next to you to help navigate you there.
